2.3 A tax invoice will be issued at the time the Goods are ready for despatch. Where you purchase Goods from Stubbysonline you will receive a Tax Invoice from Stubbysonline for products sold.

You acknowledge that all Goods purchased under these Terms are intended for personal non-commercial use only and will not be re-sold.Your ongoing use of the website following any amendment or modification constitutes an agreement by you to abide and be bound by the amended or modified Terms and Conditions. Ordering Procedure:
1. How to Order:Ordering with Stubbysonline is simple-please follow the below steps. Browse the website and add items to your shopping cart at your leisure. Products that require freight will be sent via StarTrack, Australia post and/or Express Post. At the checkout you will be asked to complete certain information and expressly agree to our trading and delivery terms as outlined in these Terms and Conditions before proceeding to the secure payment gateway. Once your order has been completed your shopping cart will be cleared for future transactions.
2. Processing of your Order:Stubbysonline will not process your order until full payment of the order has been received by us (cleared funds).
3. Out of Stock Situation:If a product is out of stock Stubbysonline will contact you by email or phone and give you an indication as to availability and anticipated delivery time. If you have paid for an item/s that have subsequently sold out or are not available and you do not wish to proceed with your order you will be offered a full refund. If notwithstanding that an item/s are currently out of stock you advise us that you wish to proceed with the purchase you will not be able to subsequently cancel the purchase. Please refer to Cancellation of Order below. Non-refundable purchase: Once the order has been placed it cannot be refunded (including special occasion event products). We are happy to accept returns and replace it. If the products have personalisation, it cannot be returned.

Prices of products and any charges and taxes displayed on this website are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability. All prices shown on this website are in $A (Australian Dollars.)
All prices are exclusive:of any delivery charges which will be advised separately if applicable.
Changes to Pricing:Stubbysonline makes every effort to ensure that our pricing is correct and up to date. If the price of your purchases is higher than that quoted on our website we will contact you immediately by email or phone to advise of such change and to gain your permission to proceed with the order. Should you not wish to proceed with your order you will be offered a full refund.
GST and other Taxes:All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) applied at a rate of 10%. If making a payment by credit card over the phone your credit card details will be taken by an Interiors Online staff members. Once the payment has been processed and authorised your credit card details will be destroyed.11. Risk and Title:
All risks in supplied products will pass from Stubbysonline to you at the time of delivery. The ownership of products remains with Stubbysonline until full payment for all supplied products has been received by Stubbysonline.12. Limitation of Liability:
